There seems to be some construction / roadworks happening this morning on the corner of #CarlisleStreet and #NelsonStreet in #Balaclava / #EastStKilda.
This is near #BalaclavaTrainStation. It seems to have something to do with #CitiPower since they have a couple of trucks parked in the vicinity.
There are some traffic detours in place around that area for local traffic, but you can still drive as usual along Carlisle St in both directions. Just be prepared to slow right down, or stop.
